How to reach the academy, ask about joining, or get help with your account.
This academy has not published a support address on this site. If you are a member, contact your coach the way you usually do; if you would like to join, ask the coach who referred you.
Joining the academy
Membership is by invitation only and there is no public sign-up. To ask about joining, write to us with a few words about yourself and your trading experience; the coach decides who is invited, and an invitation arrives by email.
Help with your account
Forgot your password? Request a reset email. If your invitation link has expired, ask the coach to send a new one. If your access has ended, the coach can renew it.
Your data
Members can download their data or request its deletion from Settings → Your data, even after their membership has ended. For anything else about your personal data, contact us.
