Terms of use
Effective 1 October 2026
These terms govern your membership of Simi Trading Academy and your use of its platform. By signing in you accept them.
Membership is by invitation
There is no public sign-up. An account exists only because the coach invited its email address, and the invitation link is personal to you.
Your access lasts for the window the coach sets, which the coach may extend, shorten or end. When it ends you can still sign in to download or request deletion of your data, but courses, signals, live sessions and files are no longer available.
Payments
The platform does not take payments. Any fees for membership are agreed with the academy separately and are not part of these terms.
Your account
- One account is for one person. Do not share your password or your account.
- Choose a strong password and keep it private.
- If you think someone else has used your account, sign out of other sessions in Settings, reset your password, and tell us.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, record, download outside the provided buttons, publish or redistribute lessons, videos, files, signals or announcements, or share them with anyone who is not a member.
- Do not try to get around access controls, reach another member's data, or overload, scrape or probe the platform.
- Use the platform lawfully and only for your own learning.
The academy's content
All course material, videos, files, signals and announcements belong to Simi Trading Academy or its licensors. While your access window is open you have a personal, non-transferable permission to view them for your own education. Nothing else is licensed to you.
Education, not financial advice
Everything on the platform is educational. It is not personalised financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing in it is a promise of results. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss; read the risk disclosure before acting on anything you learn here.
Suspension and ending access
The coach may suspend an account at any time, for example after a breach of these terms or to protect the platform or other members. Suspension signs the account out everywhere immediately. A suspended member can still contact us about their data.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided as it is: it may be interrupted for maintenance or by failures outside our control, and features may change.
Responsibility for your decisions
To the extent the law allows, the academy is not responsible for trading losses or for decisions you make using its content. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy
How your personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the effective date above changes with them. Significant changes are announced inside the platform before they take effect; continuing to use the platform afterwards means you accept them.
