Risk disclosure
Effective 1 October 2026
Simi Trading Academy teaches trading. This page explains the risks of trading and what the academy's lessons and signals are — and are not.
Trading carries a substantial risk of loss
The value of what you trade can fall as well as rise, quickly and without warning. You can lose all the money you put in, and with leveraged products you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Educational content, not advice
Courses, signals, live sessions, announcements and files are provided for education. They do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or experience, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The academy is not your broker or adviser, does not manage money and never trades on your behalf.
About signals
- A signal shows how the coach reads a market at one moment: an instrument, a direction, and levels such as entry, stop-loss and take-profit. It is an example to learn from.
- Markets move between the moment a signal is written and the moment you read it. Prices you see may no longer be available.
- Signals can be amended, closed or cancelled after they are published. Always check the latest version.
- Whether, when and how much to trade is always your decision.
No guarantee of results
Past results — the coach's, other members', or any example in a lesson — do not indicate future results. No strategy taught here guarantees a profit or protects against loss.
Leverage and volatility
Leverage magnifies losses as much as gains. Fast markets, gaps and low liquidity can close positions far from the levels you intended, and stop-loss orders are not guaranteed to be filled at their price.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. If you are unsure whether trading is suitable for you, seek independent advice from a licensed professional before you trade.
